For Forest Lakes residents (men and women welcome)



Intermediate | Mondays & Wednesdays 9:30am

Learn principles of alignment and how to initiate movement from the core. Challenge your deep core strength and your spinal and peripheral flexibility. Become confident controlling your balance in multiple orientations. Safe and empowering!
