PRINT AVAILABILITY

The images on the Prints for Sale page are available as prints. (All of the other images form my online portfolio and are for viewing only.)


SIZE

All prints are 13 x 19" (the size of the paper on which the image is printed). Most image sizes are 11.25 x 17" (a few 9 x 13.5"). The actual size of each image is shown under the image on the Prints for Sale page. I offer some prints in larger sizes as well. Please email or call at 434.326.5959 for information.


PRICE

$185 unframed + $15 shipping.


ORDER & PAYMENT

Email your order to me with the print number(s), your name and mailing address. Print numbers are shown under the images on the Prints for Purchase page. Then either:
(1) Pay by check, making the check payable to "John Forasté" and mail to John Forasté Photography, Bundoran Farm, 670 Hightop Drive, North Garden, Virginia 22959.
(2) Or use Paypal which securely processes credit card, debit card and bank account payments whether or not you are a member.

PRINT QUALITY

I personally print each image using the latest digital technology. It allows me to make beautiful, long lasting and environmentally friendly prints. I receive great satisfaction from making these beautiful prints and hope to share them with you.

I guarantee satisfaction. If you are not pleased with the print and return it within one month, I will fully refund your payment.

Please note that the images you see on the Prints for Sale pages are low resolution images displaying the brightness, contrast and color specified by your computer monitor. The fine art prints I offer - often referred to as giclées - are high resolution and crafted with great care for beautiful detail, texture, color and tonality. The difference is dramatic. (Displaying low resolution images protects the high resolution images from unauthorized and unlawful copying. All of the images on the site are copyrighted.)

PRINT LONGEVITY

These fine art digital prints are of archival quality. The inks and paper I use have been tested by Wilhelm Imaging Research Inc., a highly respected and independent research group. For the Epson UltraChrome Inkset and Epson Premium Semigloss Photo Paper used, Wilhelm's Print Permanence Rating for displayed prints framed with UV Filter glass (which I strongly recommend) is more than 100 years.


FRAMING

I recommend either of two options for framing:

(1) See my Preferred Framing. Take a printout of the information to your local framer to have your archival photographic print beautifully framed.

(2) Custom Framing: You may call the David Charles Gallery in Providence, Rhode Island at 401 421-6764 to have your print matted and framed per my preferred framing specifications or according to your own personal specifications. First make arrangements with the Gallery, then purchase the print from me with a note asking that I ship it to the Gallery for you. The Gallery will then ship the framed print to you.
