Louie's has been an institution to the Brown University community (and others) since opening just after World War II by Louis & Dominic Gianfrancesco.
It's now owned and operated by Louie's sons, Johnny and Albert.
Louie's is known for its friendly environment and generous portions of quality food served at extremely modest prices.
