NOTES & POLICIES
Duration: All sessions last 1 hour.
Apparatus: Private sessions @ Pilates Journey Studio include Reformer & Tower apparatus in addition to mat-work and small equipment.
First session: Your first session will include a health & condition assessment, postural & movement assessment, goal setting, and introduction to the Pilates principles.
Cancellation: Please provide notice of cancellation of at least 24 hours so that I may offer your time to another client. (Notice of less than 24 hours will result in full payment for the missed session.)
Returned check fee $30.
